Virtual Cooking Classes using Zoom.
$40.00 a person for a 1 1/2 hour group class (10 or more students)

Private Cooking Class for 1 to 6 students $400.00
Corporate Cooking Class for up to 15 students, minimum charge $600.00
Bridal Shower Class for up to 15 students $600.00
Cook with What You Got: I will instruct you on how to put a meal together with whatever ingredients you have on hand.
- One fish entree: Salmon, Halibut, Flounder or Fluke
- Steamed Artichokes with Shallot Garlic Butter
- Roasted Cauliflower with Shallots, Garlic, Oregano, and Thyme
- Pan-Roasted Steak (fillet or shell) with a dry rub
- Home Fries
- Broccoli with Garlic Chili Oil
- Indian Inspired Lentils
- Steamed Chard or Kale or Collards with Shallot Oil
- Fried Rice
- Stir-Fried Chicken with Shallots and Walnuts
- Braised Bok Choy and Leeks
- Steamed Brown and White Rice
- Roast Chicken with Dried and Fresh Herbs
- Learn how to make your own sauce based on the natural drippings
- Baked Sweet Potatoes with Rosemary Oil
- Steamed Chard with Shallot Oil
All classes are on Eastern Time
You are encouraged but not required to cook along with me. I will send you a shop and prep list 4 days before the class along with the recipes.
I will send you the recipes 3 days before the class.
All classes will allow time for questions.
All classes will include follow up information that I will send you by email.
All classes include one email with 2 questions and 2 recipe requests after the class.

- Freshly steeped teas to drink
- Seasoned Oils to use with Cooking
- Discussion of what you made for dinner last night and what went right what went wrong and how to correct it.
Group Classes can be scheduled any day of the week if you have a group of 10 or more. You can choose your own date and time for the class. Just contact me to arrange the class.
Group classes that I schedule and you can find those dates on my class calendar (schedule) are as follows: Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Time)
Private classes can be scheduled any day of the week and any time frame you wish.
