  1. What's your capacity?

    • Classes are limited to 11 students, allowing for full participation

  2. How do you decide on your class menu?

    • Menu decisions are based on seasonal and local market selections

  3. Do you accept private requests for closed-doors parties?

    • Personal requests are welcomed

  4. What's your refund/cancellation policy?

    • Rescheduling is allowed with two weeks advance notice

    • $10 rescheduling fee per student per class
