Classes


Hello Student,

Classes are fully participatory and students are not required to bring anything to class. I use organic vegetables, fruits, grains, eggs, and nuts; they taste better and are better for you. I personally shop for each class, hand-selecting each ingredient. I interview every peach. Where were you grown? When were you picked? Are you organic? Are you good enough for my class tonight?

As a result, the quality of ingredients we use in class are the very best available locally, and the resulting dinner or lunch is as delicious as it is healthy. Behind every great meal is a great shopper and that’s me.

Classes take place on:

Wednesday mornings, once a month during the day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Saturdays once a month from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Evening classes are available upon request from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

In addition to my regularly scheduled classes, If you have a group of friends or family you can request your own date and menu any day or evening of the week.
