I’m very excited about my new high-flavor low-fat recipes, and look forward to cooking with you soon. In addition to the sample menus listed, I have many new unpublished recipes for students who have studied with me in the past.
I use organic vegetables, fruits, grains, eggs and nuts; they taste better and are better for you. I personally shop for each class, hand selecting each ingredient. I interview every peach. As a result the quality of ingredients we use in class are the very best available in New York City, and the resulting dinner or lunch is as delicious as it is healthy. Behind every great meal is a great shopper and that’s me!
My New York City cooking classes are on Tuesday nights from 7:00 to 10:00 PM, and on Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 10:00 to 1:30 PM. Weekend classes are also available. In the summer I have classes in the Hamptons on Wednesday nights from 6:00 – 9:30 pm. See the class schedule for details.
Each series consists of four, three hour cooking classes at the cost of $440.00. Individual cooking classes are $115.00. During each class of up to 11 students, we will prepare and eat a delicious dinner or lunch. Make-ups can be arranged if I am given two weeks notice ($10 rescheduling fee per student per class). Please pay in advance by check or credit card.
