Karen Lee is now offering casual dinner parties at a reduced price. Additional menus upon request. All vegetables and grains are organic.

Sit-Down Dinner for 6-12 People

SAMPLE MENU

Hors d’ouerves:

  • Asian Ratatouille in Endive Leaves
  • Wild Mushroom Spring Rolls

First Course:

  • Mustard Crusted Halibut with Tomato Coulis

Second Course:

  • Sichuan Organic Chicken with Broccoli, Steamed Brown & White Rice

    or

  • Ginger Beef (Filet Mignon) with Snow Peas, Steamed Brown & White Rice

Dessert:

  • Coconut Cake with Fresh Strawberries
  • Fresh Berries

PRICE LIST

$1200 chef’s fee, plus cost of food and transportation. For example, a party of ten:

  • $1200 Chef’s Fee
  • $400 Food Cost
  • $75 Transportation ($100 outside Manhattan)

Buffet Dinner for 25 People or More

Hors d’ouerves:

  • Steamed Dumplings with Pork and Shrimp
  • Lentil and Goat Cheese Salad in Endive Leaves

Buffet Dinner:

  • Spiced Rubbed Pan Seared Salmon
  • Penne with Arrabiatta
  • Sauteed Chicken Breast with Lemon and Parsley
  • Chopped Salad

Dessert:

  • Chocolate Fallen Soufflé Cake
  • Fresh Berries with Crème Chantilly

PRICE LIST

  • $88 per person (includes food cost)
  • $75 Transportation ($100 outside Manhattan)
  • $35 per hour Karen Lee cooking assistant

Additional Charges

Wait staff at $35.00 per hour or you may supply your own. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when the party is booked. The balance is due the day of the party. Cancellations are not accepted after one week prior to the date.
